Mondays 7:00 to 8:15 pm
This restorative somatic work will free joints, improve flexibility, release unwanted muscular tension. The instructor will lead participants to perform a series of guided movement explorations and stretches to promote wellbeing and muscular balance.
Level: No dance experience required. Bring your exercise mat, a banquet (or several layers, after deep relaxation, the body temperature drops), and two tennis balls. No prior experience is needed.
