Beginner/Intermediate Ballet for Ages 9-12 with Teacher Nicole Sabella
Tuesdays 5:15-6:15 pm, Fall 2026
Pickup/dismissal window: 6:15-6:30
- This class introduces and expands on the classical ballet movement vocabulary. Each session explores a structured barre warm-up and center combinations that allow each dancer to find their strength, flexibility, and coordination. By the end of the semester dancers will grow into their own personal sense of freedom and confidence as they express through dance.
Fall 2026 is a 17 class session beginning August 25th and ending December 15th.
Fall Registration Cost: $450 for one child, $810 for two children
- There is a 10% discount available upon selecting the “two children” registration option.
- There is a registration fee automatically applied that goes toward secure electronic payment.

Nicole Sabella is a multi-passionate dance professional with a dynamic career as a veteran performer, wellness and mindset coach, dance educator, and workshop speaker.
- A Florida native, Nicole began her training at Academy of Ballet Arts and the Pinellas County Center for the Arts at Gibbs High School. She later earned a BFA in Modern Dance Performance from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia. From 2013 to 2024, Nicole was a core member of the Mark Morris Dance Group, originating roles in 13 world premieres and performing in over 35 repertoire works by the celebrated choreographer.
- Beyond performing, Nicole has taught the littlest of dancers all the way through advanced professionals. Most notably, she has been on faculty at New York City Ballet Outreach Education, teaching in public schools, and The School at Mark Morris Dance Group, where she contributed as an early childhood dance educator, mentor to the teen student company, and frequently taught masterclasses worldwide on tour.

Pickup Program
Cardell Dance Studio offers an after-school pickup service for an additional fee through LorenTeachesMovement. This pickup service is exclusively for students enrolled in the dance class.
We offer pick up from Bache-Martin and Friends Select Schools for this class for the fee of $255.

Parents new to the studio who are interested in the pickup program can opt to drop off in the first week if preferred.
Pickup Times:
- Bache-Martin Elementary School: 2:54 PM
- Friends Select School: 3:15 PM
After school pickup, children will enjoy snack and playtime until class begins at 4:00 PM.
