Classes
The minimum rate for any class rental is $50 per hour, with a two-hour minimum. If you would like to operate an ongoing class, workshop series, private-lesson program, or another commercial activity at the studio, please contact us for approval and pricing.
Monthly Artistic-Development Packages
These discounted packages support rehearsals, choreography, and the development of new artistic work by independent choreographers and small dance companies.
Apply for a Monthly Package
Email info@cardelldancetheater.com with a short description of your company or project, your intended use of the studio, the number of people involved, and your preferred package.
Package A – Comprehensive Creative Access
$600/month | 22 studio hours
For a small dance company developing rehearsals, and artistic projects.
Includes two approved public showings or artistic events per year.
Package B – Focused Rehearsal & Performance
$400/month | 12 studio hours
For independent choreographers that need rehearsal space.
Includes one approved public showing or artistic event per year.
Package C – Essential Rehearsal
$240/month | 8 studio hours
For independent choreographers companies that need limited rehearsal tim

- *Studio must be rented for a minimum of two hours
- *Renter must provide proof of insurance and sign community waiver.
- *All rental rates are determined by Cardell Dance and subject to our discretion.
- *You will be required to sign a rental agreement.
