Blending modern, contemporary dance techniques and somatic studies, the goal of this class is to maintain a vibrant dance practice to support the professional or trained dancer’s conditioning and artistry. Throughout the class, expect to perform a mix of movement sequences, be encouraged to follow momentum, connect to spatial patterns with ease, and explore dynamic movement changes.
Level: Intermediate to advance, dance training experience needed.
