This intensive offers 2 weeks of class biweekly to support dancers’ training. Blending modern, contemporary dance techniques and somatic studies, the goal of this class is to maintain a vibrant dance practice to support the professional dancer. Throughout the class, expect to perform a mix of movement sequences, be encouraged to follow momentum, connect to spatial patterns with ease, and explore dynamics movement changes.
