Creative Movement and Pre-Ballet for Ages 3-5 with Teacher Loren Groenendaal

Sundays 9:30-10:15 am 

• This class will introduce children ages 3 to 5 years old to creative dance techniques and foundational ballet. A playful approach to learning dance will foster children’s creativity and channel their innate need to move. Through creative dance, we encourage young children to develop a greater sense of self-awareness, self-expression, and artistic freedom. Movement fundamental to ballet will support body awareness, coordination, balance, strength, flexibility, and agility. Teacher Loren references the Brain Dance method, Laban Movement Analysis and developmental movement patterns to teach engaging, age-appropriate classes, supporting young dancers’ neuromotor, social, and creative development.

Class Dates

• Spring 2026 is a 6-class session from April 26th–June 7th (NO CLASS May 24th).
• Fall 2026 is an 8-class session from October 4th–November 22nd.

Fall Registration Rate: $215-one child, $385-two children

• Registration ends after the second class of each session. There is a registration fee automatically applied that goes toward secure electronic payment.
• There is a 10% discount applied upon selecting the “two children” registration option.
• There is a discount applied upon enrolling for both sessions at once.
