We offer rentals for rehearsals, classes and photo shoots. To book, please send us your inquiry at info@cardelldancetheater.com.
Rehearsal Rental Rates
$25/hour for 1-3 people
$35/hour for 4 or more people
Rehearsal rentals can be booked through Calendly (below) or via email.
Class Rental Rates
$50-60/hour
2 hour minimum.
Class rentals can be booked through Giggster or via email.

Rental Bundles
We offer special rental bundles of 8, 12, and 22 hours per month. Email info@cardelldancetheater.com to book and for inquiries.
Package A: Comprehensive Creative Access
• Monthly Fee: $600
• Studio Hours: 22 hours per month
• Features:
◦ Ideal for teaching classes, hosting workshops, rehearsing, and more.
◦ Includes two showings or event open to the public annually.
◦ Access to the space, internet, cleaning services, and inclusion on the CDS
webpage.
Package B: Focused Rehearsal & Performance
• Monthly Fee: $400
• Studio Hours: 12 hours per month
• Features:
◦ Perfect for artists who primarily need rehearsal space.
◦ Includes one annual showing, event open to the public.
◦ Access to the space, internet, cleaning services, and inclusion on the CDS
webpage.
Package C: Essential Rehearsal Package
• Monthly Fee: $240
• Studio Hours: 8 hours per month
• Features: Designed for artists needing minimal rehearsal time.
◦ Access to the space, internet, cleaning services.
NO HIGH HEELS OR SHOES ARE ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO!
- *Studio must be rented for a minimum of two hours
- *Renter must provide proof of insurance and sign community waiver.
- *All rental rates are determined by Cardell Dance and subject to our discretion.
- *You will be required to sign a rental agreement.
