Class Description:
This intermediate-advanced level class blends modern, contemporary dance techniques and somatic studies. The goal of this class is to maintain a vibrant dance practice to support the professional or trained dancer’s conditioning and artistry. Throughout the class, expect to perform a mix of movement sequences, be encouraged to follow momentum, connect to spatial patterns with ease, and explore dynamic movement changes.
