Creative Dance for Ages 5-7 with Teacher Loren Groenendaal
Tuesdays 4:00-5:00 pm
Pickup window: 5:00–5:15 pm
This class will introduce children 5 to 7-year-olds to creative movement and dance techniques. This playful approach to learning dance will foster children’s creativity and will channel their innate need to move. This class encourages creative expression through movement and includes elements of ballet and modern dance techniques, folk dance, and gymnastics skills. Students will build coordination, strength, flexibility, balance, social and creative skills. This class prepares the young dancer to learn more stylized forms when they are older like Ballet, Modern, Hip Hop, and Jazz
Spring 2026 is a 21-class session beginning January 6th and ending June 9th (NO CLASS on Feb. 17th and March 31st)
Registration Cost: $595 for one child, $1,070 for two children
There is a 10% discount available upon selecting the “two children” registration option.
There is a registration fee automatically applied that goes toward secure electronic payment.
Payment plans/payment in installations are possible. Partial and full scholarships for children’s programming are available. To inquire about scholarships and payment plans, please contact Silvana Cardell at silvana@cardelldancetheater.com

NO CLASS on February 17th and March 31st.
Formal showing in May, date TBA.
Cardell Dance Studio offers an after-school pickup service for an additional fee through LorenTeachesMovement. This pickup service is exclusively for students enrolled in the dance class.

After school pickup, children will enjoy snack and playtime until class begins at 4:00 PM.
